The service I got from Tsakane Mall is total BS.... I am absolutely not happy with how I was serviced as I had brought in my shoes yesterday around 1pm came back around 4pm they were still not done. I was told to come back again the following day to fetch it at 10:30 the shoes will be ready. I went to the shop at 11 still got there my shoes were not done.
I raise my concern that I am not happy with the service cause it is the second time coming back here and my shoes are not done still.... The shoemaker responded rudely so saying to me that he will not beg me and I should take my refund and shoes and leave the store throwing my money on the counter. He refused to help me and told me that he doesn't care of I report him or not he will not be fired and nothing will happen to him regardless of how I feel about the store.
