Size of store

A standard store varies from

15 to 30 square metres.

Turnkey operation

Multiserv provides a total turnkey operation that includes site selection, lease negotiations, store build-out, shopfitting equipment, signage, opening stock supply, and cash-flow planning.

The Investment may vary, depending on:

  • Site complexity.
  • Size and location.
  • Store design.

Other Costs: Three months’ working capital.

Terms of Agreement

The initial up-front franchise fee of R50 000 (ex. VAT) secures a 5-year franchise term.


Initial training consists of:

  • Working in a simulated store environment.
  • Classroom sessions at Multiserv’s Training Centre, OR your own store.
  • Further in-store training, where necessary.

Our training centre has a fully equipped computer setup, where franchisees and operators are trained to use the customized Multiserv point-of-sale (POS) system.

Therefore, training is provided on an ongoing basis, using new material and practices to keep pace with customer requirements.  Our well-trained Operations Support Team offers operational, marketing and technical support through regular store visits, reviews, audits, and training, and provides assistance with local marketing initiatives.

Franchise Setup Costs

Setup costs: R350 000 (ex. VAT) for a fully equipped new or existing store. The Investment may vary, depending on:

  • Store Design
