I had my shoes fixed twice, the 3rd time again as the sole came off, as an unhappy customer they refused to give me a refund. Pathetic service! i Paid R650 for new soles, they dont do refunds only repairs so now i must repair the shoes every 2 weeks! I will take this further should i not recieve my money back, this is unfair as a customer. the quality of the repairs is not good!!! Customer skills are pathetic!
