I contacted the Chatsworth branch and the person on the other side told me they were still sleeping, no filter. That's customer service for you. I might as well trust the guy sitting outside under the tree doing the same business.

Extremely rude and arrogant employee who refuses to assist with a lost receipt. Shoe repair was paid for and employee refuses to check his receipt book. Employee screams and arrogantly says to call the police. Will never advise people to do business with this place.
