Pathetic service!
I called in with my key issue and they said it's fine hence they work on car keys.
Upon arriving, I spoke to the employees about my key, the guy who is supposedly who's how to work on car keys, ends up using what looked like prattley powder kr super glue
He also claimed it has a 3 month guarantee on the work done.
I waited for approximately an hour and a half and they couldn't understand why the key was not working.
It seems as though he modified they key (absolutely terrible).
There's pieces broken off.
It broke once after the job was done, which is why I took it to them to sort it out hence the 3 month guarantee.
Upon my second arrival.
The guy says to me, that I should go to the mall across the street and they'll be able to help me.
I said I will not be doing that considering the fact that I'd have to pay for the same issue again.
I asked whether he's going to reimburse me for that, which he then denied and said he can't do that.
So basically summarized.
The service is terrible.
They make promises which they can't keep up to.
The staff has a disgusting attitude.
I've spoken to the boss/owner over the phone.
I was also told that there's nothing he can do and I should go and purchase a new key from VW.
None of the staff and I mean NONE are helpful.
The second time I've been there I asked the guy if he could please put the key together just for the time being until I buy a new key.
Reluctant to do so.
Yet has the audacity to ask me to pay R50.
Which left me mind blown to pay for something that's under a 3 month guarantee made by that particular store.
I was never going to pay that.
My key is still not sorted out and still broken in half.
What a complete rip off.
I have a broken key, and yet I'm recommended to go across the street to another store which will be able to help me.
How can you recommend a customer to another store which is also not your own franchise???
Goes to show the lack of quality.
Never even bothered to help nor make a plan in order to help me.
I would give 0 stars if j could.
