Cost of a complete turnkey operation:
You can have your own franchise from +- R300 000 (excluding VAT)
Joining Fee R50 000 (excluding VAT)
Royalty 8% or set minimum of R4500

Multiserv provides a total turnkey operation that includes site selection, lease negotiations, store build-out, shopfitting equipment, signage, opening stock supply, and cash-flow planning.

Terms of Agreement
The initial up-front franchise fee of R50 000 (ex. VAT) secures a 5-year franchise term.
Size of store
A standard store varies from 15 to 30 square metres.
Initial training consists of:
- Working in a simulated store environment.
- Classroom sessions at Multiserv’s Training Centre in Longmeadow, OR your own store.
- Further in-store training, where necessary.
Our training centre has a fully equipped computer setup, where franchisees and operators are trained to use the customized Multiserv point-of-sale (POS) system.
therefore, training is provided on an ongoing basis, using new material and practices to keep pace with customer requirements. Our well-trained Operations Support Team offers operational, marketing and technical support through regular store visits, reviews, audits, and training, and provides assistance with local marketing initiatives.
